Here’s Your First Look at Samsung’s Cheapest Galaxy S10 Model
Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S10 flagship has excited the entire smartphone community as the big launch date is nearing day-by-day.
We’ve seen a number of unofficial renders belonging to the high-end S10 and S10+ in the past few days, however, a recent leak has revealed the design and some other details of the S10 lite (or the S10E, as some call it).
The S10 lite, by the way, is the one with the least amount of features among the S10 siblings and is also smaller in size. The latest renders reveal its hole-in-display design, with no curved edges but trimmed bezels on all sides, and a relatively smaller footprint.
These renders come from a noted source, that claims these pictures depict the actual device about to get launched. As you can see, Samsung lowered the cost on this one by keeping dual cameras on the rear instead of three, and by sticking to a simpler design. There are no curved edges on the screen and the body is thicker overall.
No UD Fingerprint Sensor
The in-display fingerprint sensor is also out – even though an earlier leak claimed that all three phones will get it – because Samsung is keeping the side-mounted fingerprint sensor on this one.
You can actually see it in the renders, there’s a slight dent on the side that houses the power button, which also doubles as a fingerprint sensor. Right below the power button, there’s also a dedicated Bixby button to complete the package.
The phone’s internals are expected to include a Snapdragon 855 chipset and at least 6GB of RAM. The Galaxy S10 trio is going to launch on February 20 – alongside a ‘surprise’ foldable Galaxy F, with a fourth 5G S10+ variant launching a bit later.
The color options can also be seen in the new renders, so we already know what to expect.
